An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Connect Team at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. We are recruiting two Senior Configuration Analysts to support and enhance our Epic electronic patient record (EPR) system, working in partnership with clinical and operational teams to continuously improve digital tools that enable outstanding patient care.
Focused on supporting key clinical areas including Beacon/Willow (chemotherapy and pharmacy workflows) and Outpatients/PAS. These roles are fixed term to align with funded programme timelines.
We are seeking experienced and passionate individuals who are certified or accredited in at least one Epic application--preferably in Cadence, Referrals, Springboard, Grand Central, Beacon, Willow or Research. A strong track record of collaborating with operational teams and managing configuration change in a live EPR environment is essential.

Main duties of the job
As a Digital Health Record (DHR) Senior Configuration Analyst the post holder is responsible for:o Assisting with the delivery of the Trust's new electronic patient record (DHR) systemwithin a designated teamo Working on several integrated areas to ensure a coordinated approach across all teamso Working in partnership with our partners, Great Ormond Street Hospital and Epico Analysing and suggesting ways to improve current workflows and working practiceso Facilitating agreement for changes in working practices with appropriate stakeholderso Matching agreed workflows with those already built into DHR system and/or configuringthe DHR system using configuration tools to tailor the systemo Assisting with testing of the systems to ensure it is safe, usable, secure and robust
