This post holder will manage some of our relationships with industry partners, looking at where we can extend our commercial research portfolio as a site, as well as looking for opportunities to develop The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Investigator lead Trials portfolio.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Research Industry Relationship Manager is a senior member of The Royal Marsden's Clinical Research Directorate, they will be part of the senior research delivery team. The purpose of the role is to support the ongoing partnership between The Royal Marsden and Industry partners. This will include working with Industry partners from a site perspective as well as when we work with industry on Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs).
The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised with excellent attention to detail, and proficient in communicating with a wide range of very senior stakeholders across The Royal Marsden and industry partners. They will have the ability to efficiently and effectively project manage research initiatives and realise wide-ranging benefits for all.
