Job summary
We are looking for two motivated Senior Information Analysts, one to join our Strategic Analysis team, one to join our Performance team. Both roles are at Band 7 and permanent.If you would like to join the team at this exciting time, you will need to be educated to degree level with experience of manipulating complex databases. You should have excellent analytical skills and the ability to collate, interpret and present information to all levels of the organisation.You should be experienced in using SQL and MS Excel and possess a good knowledge of NHS data sets.You must be self-motivated and possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation. Main duties of the job
1.1 The post holder will be an integral member of the Trust's Informatics team, working to transform Trust data into timely accurate information. Whether involved in the production of routine content or responding to ad hoc requests and requirements the post holder will be responsible, as part of a team, for designing, sourcing, scripting, analysing and presenting information to a variety of users both within and outside the Trust. 1.2 The postholder will provide senior analytical support within the team and will provide expertise across the range of informatics tools including but not limited to SQL, Excel, and Qliksense. At all times their ethos will be to ensure information is presented in a clear comprehensible manner, in an accurate non-ambiguous way, conforming to Trust informatics standards.
