Job summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a well-motivated administrator to join the HR Administration and Pay Team.We are looking for someone who has an interest in working within HR in the NHS and has a passion for learning and development with great customer service skills.
You will join a well-established team, reporting to the HR Admin & Pay Team Leader. The team currently provides a seamless and effective HR Administration service to the Trust, liaising with external organisations, such as our outsourced payroll provider, this is a key part of the role delivering a high quality, customer focused service to the Workforce. You will be responsible for dealing with a variety of HR queries and the processing of electronic forms related to the employee life cycle.

Main duties of the job
o To contribute to the delivery of a seamless and effective HR operational service, by providing high quality administrative services. o To be responsible for data maintenance of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and other workforce information systems. This will include inputting data used for payroll purposes e.g., details of HR transactional changes and leavers, populating other areas of ESR as appropriate. A high degree of accuracy and speed is required for this post and a good working knowledge of ESR is highly desirable.
