Job summary

An exciting opportunity has risen for the role of Director of Insurer Relationships and Pricing to join our Private Care Team. The role will be responsible for driving key strategic relationships with both domestic and international insurers as well working with the wider Clinical teams to drive innovative proposition and product development across all customer groups. Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully developing services and building relationships with senior independent healthcare stakeholders within the UK.

The post holder will be the key support to the Private Care Managing Director to develop deeper, more strategic, relationships with Insurers in order to deliver value-added solutions that increase profitability, reduce costs, and improve patient experience. The post holder will also have ownership of the Private Care pricing strategy across all sponsors to ensure market relevance of pricing and evolution to a tariff structure that improves value for sponsors and improves operational performance for Private Care. This is a full-time position and is originally set as a 1-year fixed term contract. Travel within the UK may be required.

Main duties of the job
