Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Officer in our high performing eRostering Team.
Do you want to be part of a team that makes a difference by supporting managers to create the best rosters, by providing training and advice to colleagues of all levels and comprises knowledge on all major fields of Human Resources?
If you are a systems/computer savvy person, a quick learner with attention to detail and a'can do' attitude then this is a job for you!
Previous experience of eRostering systems or ESR will be a plus.
Main duties of the job
The e-Rostering Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the Healthroster systems administration across the Trust. This will involve system set up for new areas, supporting existing users on electronic rostering, devising and running training sessions, and ensuring accuracy of employee data via the ESR Gateway.
