Job summary
The post holder is responsible for collection, documentation, maintenance, and implementation of credit control standard operating procedures in order to maximise income and cash flow for Embassy accounts, while minimising bad debt to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
To effectively manage a portion of creditcontrol staff and ensure close liaison with private patient accounts, billing, systems and quality and coding to minimise the risk of future debt with regard to Embassy patients.
The post holder will also assist the Embassy Debt Manager with quality improvement projects and in these areas.
The post will have key responsibility for debt relating to Embassy's including liaison with and management of relationships.
The post holder will also liaison with all Team Leaders including the Service Improvement, Consultant Team, Billing Team, Missing LoG team.
