Job summary
The specialist division is formed of 13 specialities that operate trust wide with a combination of services within. As a divisional administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with the directorate structures, covering a diverse portfolio supporting them in delivering key objectives of quality and safety.
This is a great role, offering a variety of tasks which will support developing your administration, interpersonal and organisational skills and provide you the ability to develop a sound knowledge of both divisional and corporate priorities relating to quality & safety.
Main duties of the job
Maintaining action logs, maintaining databases, ensuring data quality, running and distributing reports, organising quality & safety meetings and undertaking all administrative tasks associated with these meetings. The ability to use own initiative and be able to prioritise own workload and management diaries to facilitate the smooth running of the department is essential.
To support the Divisional quality agenda, ensuring NICE guidance, clinical guidelines and clinical audit activities are monitored effectively.
