As an organisation and department, we support an inclusive culture and diversity for our staff. The post-holder will manage a mixed musculoskeletal caseload which may include orthopaedic patients, and patients with both acute and chronic MSK issues. This post also offers the opportunity to gain experience in:
- Lower limb rehabilitation groups
- Shoulder rehabilitation groups
- Back reconditioning groups
- Hydrotherapy
Furthermore, the post-holder will be expected to engage in non-clinical tasks including service development projects and audits.
The service is committed to professional development and post graduate education facilitated through an established appraisal, mentoring scheme and in-service training programme. We offer a supportive learning environment with the opportunity to work closely with advanced practitioners.
