Job summary

A Bank Corporate Receptionist is required to join our Retail and Events Department based at the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Audrey Emerton Building within the organisation of University Hospital Sussex NHS Foundation Trust.

Primarily working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend covering the Reception at the Audrey Emerton Building.

Financial acumen with Microsoft Office Skills essential and experience of using booking systems and excel. Retail Catering and Events Planning based, full training given.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a self-motivated Corporate Receptionist who is both flexible and versatile in their approach to work to join our excellent and friendly team. You must be able to work well under pressure and in challenging conditions.

You will be able to join as a strong team player with good interpersonal skills who can also work without close supervision. You will possess a positive attitude and be constructive toward change.

You must have excellent administration and keyboard skills, adaptability and a capacity for processing information quickly and accurately. You must also be willing to show a commitment to the ever changing demands of the NHS and the Brighton and Sussex Medical School
