Job summary

Applications are invited for 5 Trust Registrars (ST3/IMT3 equivalent) posts in the department of General and Elderly Medicine in St Richard's Hospital, Chichester.

The posts are available from 4 October 2023 for a period of 12 months and an earlier start date can be accommodated.

The following posts are available for 12 months or can be incorporated into a rotational post:

2 WTE General and Geriatric Medicine (Chichester) for 12 months

1 WTE General and Geriatric Medicine (Chichester) for 6 months

1 WTE General and Respiratory Medicine (Chichester) for 12 months

1 WTE General Medicine and Gastroenterology (Chichester) for 6 months (from Feb 2024)

Main duties of the job

The postholder will take part in the general medical registrar on-call rota (15-person rota pattern), attending post-take and consultant ward rounds and supporting the medical junior staff.
