Job summary
We have a great role for someone with a good understanding of workforce planning and analytics to join our friendly team at UHSussex. Working closely with the head of workforceplanning and systems, you will support our workforce planning processes,providing modelling that will help inform future recruitment, education and HR interventions in our hospitals. You will work with our ESR and rostering systems to understand the deployment of our workforce and provide regular assessments of how effectively we are using our medical, nursing and AHP workforce.
Ideally you will be based at our Worthing Hospital site, however, we will consider other locations and some hybrid working for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
A key part of the role will be to interpret data and present this to a range of audiences generating a forward view including graphs and charts, for example supply bridges and scenario modelling based on turnover, changes to workforce profile and planned service developments.
