The musculoskeletal physiotherapy service operates from four locality sites within Brighton, Hove and Haywards Heath. Offering rehabilitation services to local populations rich in cultural diversity, we are committed to delivering a service that is relevant to the communities we serve and strive to promote opportunity for all.
This post will be based at one of our UHSussex Brighton sites. Flexibility may be required to work across other UHSussex sites should future service developments require this.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will carry their own clinical caseload and be responsible for governance and supervision within the department. They will work with the service lead to drive service development and redesign projects as well as maintaining high clinical standards within the team.
The service is committed to professional development and post graduate education facilitated through an established appraisal, mentoring scheme and in-service training programme. We offer a supportive learning environment with the opportunity to work closely with Advanced Practitioners.
