OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADER
Salary: Band 7

We are looking for experienced and engaged Paramedic to join our operational leadership team at Chertsey . The successful applicant will be a keen problem solver, a caring individual and dedicated to providing compassionate leadership to our frontline teams.
In order to apply, you must have successfully completed a minimum of two years as a practicing Experienced Paramedic at Band 6 by the advert closing date.
You will have the passion and drive to support your team to deliver the highest levels of patient care and clinical safety.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated, operationally focused HCPC registered clinicians who have a desire to develop and lead an effective operational team. This will be coupled with ensuring the delivery of clinical and non-clinical KPIs at Chertsey
Operational Team Leaders will provide a core of effective leadership, clinical and management support for their team including maintaining their welfare, supporting personal development and reviewing performance.
You will also be expected to perform Operational Command (formerly Bronze Command) duties that include large scale and major incidents.
You will act as a direct line manager for a team of operational staff providing them with support, welfare and development.

You will need to be an excellent problem solver, demonstrating flexibility in your approach to the changing priorities the Trust faces on a day-to-day basis.
