Applicants should have NHS practice knowledge and be adept at designing, developing, planning, and delivering a broad range of Digital Training programmes for our staff. We value teamwork, patient focused service, and effective working relationships.

This role involves supporting and training on IT and clinical systems such as Rio, Oxcare, eObs, and Emeds, for various staff groups including clinicians, nursing staff, and administrators. You'll work closely with Digital Transformation manager/team lead to redesign systems, processes, and training, ensuring milestones are met and risks managed.

Main duties of the job

Training Delivery: Facilitate IT/clinical system application training for staff at all levels, using a blend of face-to-face sessions and modern multimedia formats, including remote training via Microsoft Teams.

Content Development: Design and create engaging eLearning packages, training courses, and supporting materials such as videos and guides.

System Support: Provide support on clinical and non-clinical IT systems through email, phone, and Help Desk inquiries.

System Updates: Support system testing and maintain/update test scripts as systems evolve.

Knowledge Management: Maintain team intranet pages and update training content regularly.

On-Site Support: Assist with system upgrades by providing hands-on training and support.
