Job summary
To provide an efficient and comprehensive service supporting the multi-disciplinary Teams at Beckenham Beacon.
The role will include the welcoming and directing of all visitors to the appropriate personnel, manning a busy switchboard and ensuring outpatient clinics run smoothly.
Liaising with external agencies as required.
Main duties of the job
Receive all visitors to Beckenham Beacon in a courteous manner, ensuring that they are directed to the relevant personnel in an efficient and timely manner.
