We require a dedicated and committed person whose expertise will support Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the vision for a joint NHS and Royal Borough of Greenwich Assistive Technology Enabled Care (ATEC) service that seeks to improve the way health and social care is delivered to the residents of this diverse London borough.

Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to who will work across the community physical and mental health directorates to help develop close internal working relationships between the key stakeholder that put patients and carers in the center of care delivery by developing and implementing digital transformative use for service user engagement and involvement within the project planning and delivery.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a comprehensive project plan, flexibly prioritising tasks, deadlines and communications to ensure that the project objectives are delivered on time, within budget and remain aligned to current wider policies and future objectives for delivering safe and effective health and social care in the borough.

Work collaboratively to create and develop an overarching project management framework and timelines for the completion of the identified work streams, ensuring these fit with directorate, organisational and wider strategic objectives.
Be responsible for the progress and successful completion of project work through successful organisation of own workload, priorities and deadlines
Identifying and communicating project and programme highlights and risks, working collaboratively to resolve issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate.
To manage the scoping and procurement of assisted technologies (as appropriate)
Understanding, defining and supporting the governance arrangements for a variety of projects as per Trust policy, ensuring that all relevant paperwork is completed, shared and signed off by relevant Trust and wider ATEC leads.
Develop robust subject matter expertise to facilitate effective and confident communications with all relevant parties
Develop and retain responsibility for a communications strategy for the project duration
Manage project resources monitoring the expenditures and costs against proposed, delivered and realised benefits.
Ensure that the delivery of new services from the projects is to the appropriate levels of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements.
Retain responsibility for the performance of project, ensuring effective management of any staff.
