Job summary
To lead and take operational responsibility for the timely provision of high quality and affordable Estates services to clients, staff and the public. These services are provided to and through a combination of Service Level Agreements with neighbouring NHS Trusts, by private contractors and through Private Finance Initiative consortia to c60 Trust properties.
To monitor the standards of Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive works across our facilities contracts.
To provide professional and technical engineering advice to the Facilities Management team.
To develop effective links with all key stakeholders on site ensuring they are consulted with and informed of operational site activity.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. We are the largest NHS provider of prison health services providing healthcare to prisons within Devon, Dorset, Bristol, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, Kent and South London.
