Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join our Medical Staffing team. You will provide top-class administration for medical student placements within the Trust, working under the direction of the Senior Undergraduate Medical Education Officer and closely with the Trust Lead for Undergraduate Medical Students and Head of Medical Staffing.
The postholdershould have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and will be expected to maintain contact with doctors and medical students across the Trust, a range of educational institutions, other NHS organisations and professional bodies.
It is essential that the postholder has a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of the service often within tight timescales. Experience of collaborative working within and across different specialties would be an advantage.
