We are seeking an experienced Gynaecology Specialty Doctor
£52,530 - £82,400 plus £2,162 LW per annum
Permanent - Full-time 10 PAs per week
This post will be based at the Market St clinic in Woolwich but travel may be required to satellite services in the boroughs of Greenwich and Bexley as needed.
This post is 10 PA's per week which may include some evening and Saturday working.
Main duties of the job
Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of community services for people living in the Greenwich, Bexley and Bromley boroughs. This includes a range of Contraception, Sexual health and Community Gynaecology services based from Market St clinic in Woolwich.
The CASH & Community Gynaecology service is commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich and Bexley local authority.
The service provides clinics for patients with contraception and sexual health needs as well as booked appointments for women requiring gynaecological consultations.
The Service is led by a Consultant Clinician with support from Specialty Dr's and a dual trained nursing team.
The service provides level 2 and 3 contraception and level 2 sexual health interventions and treatments. Level 3 sexual health services are currently commissioned through another provider.
The Service also runs community clinics in partnership with third sector providers.
The community gynaecology service currently provides appointments at Market St Clinic, Queen Mary Hospital and other GP practices across Greenwich and Bexley.
