Job summary
This is a role that would suit a very experienced sonographer who has extensive experience in Ultrasound, autonomous therapeutic joint injections, MDT meetings, teaching and service leadership.
QVH offers direct access scan and therapeutic injections to GPs. In addition, we have patients referred to the US MSK team from our plastics consultants whereby we undertake complex scanning of hands/ wrist conditions as well as amputee clinics for planning of revision surgery.
The successful applicant will need to be excellent both technically and professionally within this field as well as being able to provide support and leadership to more junior sonographers, registrars at QVH.
