Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Clinical Specialist Lead in Maxillofacial Surgery to join our dynamic Theatres team. This is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference in patient care through leadership, expertise, and collaboration.
We are looking for an individual that has attention to detail and can work collaboratively with the peri-operative clinical teams and staff working in your areas of responsibility.

Main duties of the job
The Maxillofacial Lead will provide a visible, credible and accessible senior presence to which theatre staff, the wider multidisciplinary team and patients and their families can turn for assistance whilst role modelling the trust values.
You will demonstrate compliance with the administrative and clinical systems and use resources efficiently to support the workforce to fully utilise all their time and skills in the delivery of quality care and enhanced patient experience in line with the trusts strategic objectives.
You will have a strong background in engaging teams to achieve the highest levels of safety and quality standards. You will be able to evidence a strong clinical background in maxillofacial surgery.
You will be proficient in working collaboratively across mutli-disciplinary teams, embedding a culture of learning from qualitative and quantitative data.
