Our vision is to help people achieve their potential and as part of the senior leadership team in therapies you will drive forward change to facilitate this.

As the joint clinical lead therapist you will provide the day to day management for team members, clinical and professional supervision for those you line manage including the therapists and rehabilitation assistance. You will also get the opportunity to engage in multiple professional activities including MDT steering groups, working groups and attend networking opportunities across the South East.
