Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of the corporate office at a forward thinking patient centred organisation. We're looking for a governance manager to join our secretariat team and support the Company secretary in ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive secretariat and corporate governance service to the Trust. This will include working closely with the Trust Board, the Council of Governors and their sub-committees, supporting them to meet their obligations and ensure that the Foundation Trust can ensure ongoing compliance with the regulatory framework. Main duties of the job
