Job summary
The Clinical Systems Team have an exciting opportunity in the form of a system administrator; providing first line support to staff and patients to use the 10 systems looked after by the team.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be computer literate and have some experience in using Patient Centre or CRM systems. Experience in using other some other systems supported by the team (Enlighten, Attend Anywhere, G2, ICE and Patientrack, Patients Know best, eDN, ORSOS and TRIPS) is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate will take an active role in providing first line support to staff and patients via email, phone and face to face. Helping to resolve issues, errors and improving the quality of the data recorded on all systems supported by the team, utilising reporting functionality.
