Job summary
We are looking for a newly qualified / about to qualify student radiographer to come and join our friendly team in Sussex. We can offer a supportive environment to help establish and develop your skills in general radiography, Cone beam CT, basic non-contrast CT and fluoroscopy work.
We would welcome applications from 3rd year students.
Informal visits are welcomed and encouraged.
Main duties of the job
The job encompasses
- Acting as an IRMER operator for radiology equipment
- Providing patients with outstanding care
- Working as part of a team with both clinical and non clinical radiology workforce/other departments
- Competency in vetting and protocolling radiographic, Cone Beam CT referrals
- Supporting delivery of on-call system
- Developing excellent communication skills
