Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Support Worker, you will ensure patients receive a high quality of clinical care and a good patient experience. As we are a ward and an assessment unit, you will need to be flexible to be assigned to any areas specified by the management.
As part of the team, you will need to learn to use the EPR which is our documentation system wherein training and support will be provided for when you start.
Care Certificate Programme to be completed over a specified 6 months period, if not obtained prior to commencement.
