The post holder will work in a diverse multi-disciplinary team providing in-patient care across different medical specialties, will work closely with allied wider support staff and deliver safe and excellent care in a friendly environment.
The posts, though not formally recognised for training, will follow a programme similar to the deanery. Post holders will be supervised by named consultant, will be required to maintain an appropriate electronic portfolio and will be appraised regularly. The aim is to provide excellent training for successful post holders to attain adequate knowledge, skills and behaviour to secure further specialist training post in the UK.
