We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant Anaesthetist with an interest in Perioperative Medicine to join our friendly, expert and energetic team and to actively contribute to the development of our services.

This new role within the Division will help support the expansion of the range of services we currently offer, including development of a Post Anaesthetic Care Unit as part of the Theatres redesign and modernisation programme.
You will be actively encouraged to develop your personal interests which will contribute to the continuing growth of expertise within our perioperative and anaesthesia team. This includes supporting research, teaching and Medical Education (in collaboration with the new Kent Medical School) , leadership, management, governance and developing clinical pathways in all areas of perioperative medicine.

- Have CCT in Anaesthesia or be expected to attain such within 6 months of interview date, or be included on the Specialist register.
