The Medway the Fellowship Challenge is to work with our clinical and managerial colleagues as part of an evolving organisational strategy called Patient First based on systems wide sustainability with a focus on high quality outcomes for our patients with a highly engaged workforce.

Patient First fosters, supports, and develops improvement capability across the organisation to ensure that the organisation is truly aligned in its vision to improve clinical care. As part of Patient First in Medway, we will be focussing on the five key True North Domains (Strategic Themes) of Sustainability, People, Patients, Quality, Systems and Partnerships.
