Main duties of the job

Within this fixed term contract you will be leading on the recruitment and onboarding of International Nurses across the next six months. There is the potential for the funding to be extended to allow for a further 12 months assignment.

You will work on a number of projects to support international recruitment across the Trust, as directed by the Head of Resourcing, this may involve analysis of data, communication with departments both internally / externally to facilitate a smooth onboarding process.

Substantial experience of advising managers on a wide range of recruitment issues as well as experience of building strong working relationships and working in partnership with a range of stakeholders is highly desirable requirement for this role.

Ideally experience of utilising Trac or another ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is advantageous.
