Main duties of the job

Your role will work closely with our community and voluntary services across Louth and our IPBT to ensure we are working as one locality.
Meeting the needs of our service users within the community so they can feel more empowered, safer and live independently fulfilled lives.
You will be part of a team who support individuals to live well in their community with mental health needs. The role is busy but the team are supportive, and will mentor you if this is your first qualified post to learn many new skills.
