Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrator to work 37.5 hours within the Grantham locality mental health team, this is a permanent position. The Team Administrator will support community-based staff, this is a Monday to Friday 9-5 service. This service helps support people with severe and enduring mental illness.
The postholder is responsible for the smooth and efficient running and management of processing referrals, data inputting, report writing, dealing with the needs of patients, in addition to providing admin duties to all members of the Locality Mental Health Teams, namely telephone, channelling incoming calls, note taking, word processing, registering referrals, petty cash management and ordering of stationery. Essential to this role is excellent IT skills and good telephone manner.

Main duties of the job

To provide a high standard of service to all colleagues resulting in safe and effective treatments for service users & their families/carers

Compliance with CQC standards
Accurate and appropriate information is recorded appropriately using the Trust's information systems
