The postholder will supervise safeguarding champions, advise on HR matters including DBS and allegations management, support court processes, and take a lead on complex safeguarding cases. They will also deputise for senior safeguarding leaders as required.
They will support incident reporting, contribute to internal and external reviews, and provide specialist safeguarding supervision and training. Working mainly from the Trust Safeguarding Hub, they will coordinate responses and promote effective information sharing.
