Job summary
To undertake clerical/secretarial duties for the CYP keyworker team ensuring administrative support is available to all members of the team as appropriate, including but not limited to processing referrals, typing correspondence and reports, gathering information, inputting data accurately, scanning documents onto clinical e-noting records as appropriate and ensuring good communication flows both internal and external to the service and the Trust.
Nature of Our Service;
Community based service supporting out-patient clinics for the consultant psychiatrist and other medical professionals within this service. Also supporting the administration duties of the community mental health team. This is a Monday to Friday 9-5 service. This service helps support people with severe and enduring mental illness.

Main duties of the job
Providing administrative, organisational support to the CYP Keyworker Team which includes Service Manager, Team Coordinators, and Specialist Keyworkers. This will include typing of reports, letters, taking notes of minutes and looking at diary management and general administrative duties.
Plan, organise and support team meetings as well as provide administration support to any other clinical / management meetings.
Performing routine office procedures which includes opening and distributing correspondence, dealing with outgoing post and emails, photocopying, and filing in accordance with current trust procedures.
To navigate and update clinical systems and electronic databases as required in a competent and efficient manner alongside which may also include inputting and amending data accurately as required by the service
To support the Project Officer and Team Coordinator with the improvement of data, including maintaining data accuracy to enable contract monitoring and key performance indicator reporting.
Using excel skills, to provide support to the Team Coordinator with understanding and managing the team's data and helping to complete housekeeping reports to ensure any data quality issues are addressed/monitored
To respond to queries and incoming calls on a daily basis, which may be non-routine and can sometimes involve information of emotional and distressing circumstances, ensuring prompt attention in a professional and sensitive manner, assessing situation
