Our Children and young people's services are recruiting 3 x band 5 CYP rotational practitioners. You will gain experience over a 2 year period of various mental health and emotional wellbeing services within CYP. This will include CORE CAMHS, CCETTS (camhs crisis enhanced treatment team service) and Healthy Minds.
Following completion of the rotational 2 year period a substantive position within one of the CYP areas will be offered.
Our CYP service Hubs cover areas across Lincolnshire including and Lincoln, Boston, Grantham, Louth. You will have the opportunity to specify which area you have preference for.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and gain experience in the different areas and work alongside a knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated MDT, who are all active in research, education, and training.
You will receive regular supervision; and will be actively encouraged and supported in continual professional development. Specialist training and learning opportunities are encouraged and supported in this position. Provide care delivery to vulnerable groups, inclusive of but not exclusively:

Act as Care Coordinator under the CPA under the supervision of line manager.
Work collaboratively, and promote effective working relationships, with members of the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring effective clinical decision-making, internally and with external agencies.
Empower patients and their families/carers to influence and use available services, information and skills and act as an advocate where appropriate.
Provide full assessment and appropriate follow up care via care planning and clinical pathways, individual and group interventions, in partnership with young people/families/carers and other workers involved in care delivery.
Provide therapeutic interventions reflective of CYP IAPT, within relevant care pathways.
Work within defined waiting times.
Provide an extended hours service, as required.
Participate in the planning and delivery of group interventions
Provide pre-CAMHS support, advice, consultation, and training to partnership agencies.
