In association with the University of Lincoln, Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT) would like to offer the opportunity to become a Nursing Associate Apprentice and complete a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree. The course is a full time role over a 2 year period and commences September 2023.

To be eligible to apply for an Apprentice Nursing Associate position, you must have Maths and English at GCSE Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2, experience of working within health and social care, demonstrate commitment to learning and education and above all, show compassion in everything you do.

If your qualifications are from outside the UK please provide a Naric comparability statement, to demonstrate the equivalent qualification. You must be available for the whole of the two year timetable and must only take holiday when the timetable allows.

Main duties of the job

As an Apprentice you would be employed by your hub team within LPFT (Mental Health and Learning Disability Trust) Adult Inpatient Services over the full 2 years of the course. Your placements will be across the whole of the Lincolnshire health and social care system but for this opportunity we are looking for applications from those specifically interested in working in Adult Mental Health Inpatient Services with the longer term ambition of becoming a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
