Job summary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Moorfields recruitment team on a fixed term basis until 31st March 2026.

As Workforce Resourcing Project Advisor, you will provide dedicated high volume, end to end resourcing support for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project. You will also lead on international nurse recruitment as well as support the Strategic Resourcing Lead to deliver resourcing projects that improve the service we provide.

The successful applicant will have experience of high-volume end to end recruitment including direct search, developing effective attraction strategies and international nurse recruitment.

Main duties of the job

This post will provide dedicated end to end resourcing support to the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project and provide dedicated Capital Nurse international nurse recruitment support, including leading on certificates of sponsorship.

This post will work with the Strategic Resourcing Lead and key stakeholders, to deliver a professional and customer focused resourcing function, ensuring the provision of a high quality, innovative and effective service to internal and external customers. In addition, the post-holder will ensure that the service is compliant with all aspects of employment legislation and meets all essential standards as outlined by the CQC.

The post holder will also be responsible for undertaking ad hoc resourcing and project activities ensuring that the correct process is followed and that customer service standards are applied.

Job responsibilities

EPR Resourcing

Work in partnership with the EPR team, hiring managers and HRBPs to support end to end recruitment and onboarding of high volume of vacancies ensuring we recruit the right people at the right time.

As the dedicated Resourcing Advisor, you will support and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, adopting a pro-active stance in identifying improvements to recruitment adverts, job descriptions, person specifications and other recruitment material.

Design appropriate attraction plans, including conducting direct search and/or engaging with agencies and temporary bank partners where appropriate.

Ownership of updating and maintaining recruitment project tracker.

Providing KPI data reporting as and when required.

Attend regular project meetings and provide updates.

Attend and be a member of interview panels when required and appropriate, providing recruiting managers with guidance, support, and advice.

Responsible for effectively administering the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies including quality checking and placing adverts on NHS jobs, arranging interviews, issuing conditional offer letters, and issuing contracts of employment.

Coordinate pre-employment checks such as DBS, ID verification, professional registration checks and reference checks for successful candidates.

Promote equal opportunities and good employment practice in employment and recruitment practices.

Ensure roles are promoted on social media channels.

Draft, amend and guide managers in developing captive and creative adverts.

Liaise with framework agencies and temporary staffing team where appropriate.

Revise and update recruitment documentation where appropriate and ensure that they are in accordance with employment legislation, NHS terms and conditions of service and Trust branding.

International Nurse Recruitment

Responsible for managing Capital Nurse international nurse recruitment.

Responsible for the completion of all necessary paperwork relating toCertificates of Sponsorship as required, providing advice and guidance where required, ensuring that new starters have the correct Home Office approval and paperwork to work.

Provide expert advice (including the maintenance of trust policy and procedure) on the application of certificates of sponsorship, visas, and registration requirements in accordance with Trust policy and appropriate legislation.

Ensure all pre-employment checks have been undertaken (including checking and verifying documentation for DBS) and that all documentation is in place for the new starter to commence work.

Ensure all recruitment is implemented within the Home Office guidelines for safer recruitment and to comply with our sponsorship licence requirements.

Process certificate of sponsorship and dual sponsorship applications when necessary

Ensure proactive recruitment updates are provided to recruiting managers, demonstrating delivery to internal standards.

Ensure all hiring is undertaken within frameworks of local and national & CQC compliance.

o provide advice to managers on the legislation relating to applications and the impact of this on individual recruitment exercises.

Monitor the recruitment pipeline tracker and ensure that recruitment processes are delivered within KPI.

Ensure that the department customer service standards are applied.Conduct regular compliance checks.

Projects
