Job summary
The post holder will be involved in all aspects relating to the use and improvement of the Trust's People Systems (ESR, eRoster & eExpenses) and associated workstreams, providing support for project implementation, monitoring and delivery of actions plans, training, and, coaching.
The post holder will be expected to work closely with People Systems and project managers, to provide an overview of the programme of work and to help deliver the project aims and objectives.
Provide project support using project methodologies and tools for the implementation of system upgrades, process changes and new implementation.
Main duties of the job
System Support:Support ESR, eRoster, eExpenses and other platforms through testing, audits, upgrades, documentation, and user training.
Project & Change Delivery:Contribute to system implementation and improvement projects using project management tools and Qii methodology.
Improvement:Identify and implement system efficiencies through automation (e.g., Power Automate, MS Forms) and standardised processes.
Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate effectively with Trust teams, and support end users
Policy & SOP Development:Create, review and maintain SOPs and policies related to People Systems usage and process governance.
Training & Coaching:Deliver training and create resources to upskill internal teams and end users across the Trust.
Reporting & Analytics:Produce dashboards and reports to measure performance, support benefit realisation, and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaboration:Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration, data quality, and adoption of best practice.
