Job summary
Due to internal promotions we have vacancies within the pharmacy team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated pharmacist to join our team. You will gain valuable clinical knowledge and experience across all specialties and be supported through a rotational clinical training programme. You will also be encouraged to study for a PG Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy (funding dependent) when competencies have been demonstrated.
Someone with excellent communication and organisational skills you will have a desire to thrive and learn in a clinically focused team.

Main duties of the job
Following a structured induction programme you will join our team providing clinical pharmacy services, as part of an operational rotation in order to facilitate the provision of safe, effective and cost-effective pharmaceutical care.
Rotations include general medicine, general and specialist surgery, orthopaedics, elderly care, emergency admissions, and stroke.
Provision of 24/7 access to pharmacy services including evening, weekend and bank holiday working to provide;

To undertake a structured development and post-graduate training programme.
