You will be a values based leader, role modelling our DBTH Way and We Care Values through your everyday behaviours and interactions with colleagues. You will be driven by a passion for making a difference and motivating others.
The successful applicant will be responsible for three key areas across the organisation: Planning, Performance and Improvement. You will ensure the Trust has effective processes to monitor its performance throughout the organisation and clear governance to manage performance related risks and issues as they arise.
Working closely with operational and clinical colleagues, the post-holder will perform a bridging role between planning, operational performance; improvement and informatics to ensure improvement programmes and operational performance improvement plans reflect best practice both in the desired outcomes and the way in which plans are delivered.
