An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Administrator to join the Digital Admin Support Team. As Digital Administrator you will support the Team Leader with the provision of:

  • Planning and Coordination Tasks
  • Inbox Management
  • Diary Management
  • Stock Control
  • Collection and Distribution of Patient Notes
  • Record Keeping
  • Business Administration Support

As Digital Administrator you will work across a range of digital services across all trust sites. The main base of the post will be Clinical Coding at Doncaster Royal Infirmary, however there will be a requirement to work at Bassetlaw Hospital for 1 day on a rotational basis (Trust transport is available via shuttle services).

Main duties of the job

As part of the administrative support to the Clinical Coding Department this role will involve worklist review and coordination support for the team, attending daily meetings, liaising with management, coordination of admin planner, logging and tracking of patient records, collections and returns of patient records to meet monthly deadline. There will be a physical element to this role in obtaining patient records from all areas of the hospital with a trolley.

In addition, this role will provide support to the business support team through a range

administrative duties such as record keeping, inbox management, meeting administration, diary and inbox management, purchasing processes, reporting as well as supporting and opportunities to contribute to process changes.
