Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our team .

This role is pivotal in supporting the evaluation and improvement of clinical practice by healthcare professionals within the Trust, through the management and facilitation of a range of clinical audit related activities.

Main duties of the job

The post-holder will be required to support the Trust with the provision of data relating to all audit related activity including NICE guidance, giving assurance through the production of meaningful performance reports allowing for areas of learning to be identified.

Previous experience in working with data and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis would be beneficial. As the post holder will be required to analyse, interpret and provides reports on complex data.

The post holder will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to demonstrate adaptability and initiative.

Previous IT experience and the ability to work under pressure are also all essential requirements of this post.

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team and on your own, having a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
