Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Failsafe Officer/Admin Lead to provide support to the management team at the Community Diagnostic Centre at Montagu Hospital.
The CDC Failsafe Officer will collaborate with a broad spectrum of clinical and non-clinical personnel to manage all patient information and tracking systems, including the transfer of data between local Trusts. Moreover, the postholder will provide leadership and support to the CDC's administrative team, assuming responsibility for various HR functions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about navigating the challenges of a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, possessing the composure to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Main duties of the job
Conducting data validation and audits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and communicating the results to both local and national teams, is crucial for maintaining the integrity of patient records and IT systems within the regional ICB and local Trusts.
Tasked with the management and dissemination of all data information on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, pertaining to the business unit, and ensuring timely reports to senior management, information teams, and ICB partners.
Collaborating with both clinical and non-clinical staff associated with the transfer of information between DBTH and local Trusts to refine and enhance the processes for internal referrals and patient pathways across the Trusts.
Overseeing the first line management of administrative staff to ensure accurate and efficient role execution, encompassing a variety of HR functions.
Working alongside the Operational Manager to oversee the recruitment, appraisal, and development of staff within the CDC, guaranteeing that the service aligns with patient pathways and key performance indicators.
