Care Support Worker - Transfer Team

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Patient Transfer Team at DRI. The role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can work to support the effective flow of patients through the organisation.

The post holder will provide assistance to qualified staff by the effective, prompt and competent undertaking of delegated duties. To work as part of a team, as directed by the team leader.

Main duties of the job

The candidate must have excellent coordination and communication skills to ensure the timely transfer of patients across the Emergency pathway. You will be expected to work transferring patients to all areas to meet demand ensuring that patient safety and quality care support the patient's journey.
