Salary £22,383 - £24,336 pro rata, part time or full time hours will be considered.
Bassetlaw TriHealth Integrated sexual Health Services
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual with experience in a healthcare setting to join our team.
TriHealth Bassetlaw is based at the Ryton Street Centre in Worksop. The service runs over five days with two evenings offering booked, face to face and telephone appointments; it is anticipated that this will include a weekly Saturday clinic within the next 12 months.
We are currently part of Doncaster and Bassetlaw Hospitals NHS Trust commissioned by Nottingham County Council. After October 2024 the contract is due for renewal and this service will become part of a new Nottinghamshire wide integrated sexual health service.
Existing staff will be transferred to the new provider on existing terms and conditions (this may or may not be an NHS provider).
The successful candidate will contribute towardsensuring that our patients receive a confidential high standard of care. They will receive training and support from the team and will progress to B3 once fully trained including in microscopy and venepuncture.

Main duties of the job
- To offer flexible support to both clinical and admin staff in the provision of a comprehensive contraception and sexual health service.
- Organise own workload to ensure the effective running of clinic
- Communicate sensitively and effectively with patients attending HCA lead asymptomatic clinics.
- Contribute to the prevention and control of infection within the clinic and clinical rooms.
