**DUE TO THE EXPECTATION OF A HIGH NUMBER OF CANDIDATES THIS POST WILL CLOSE TODAY**
Posts will be based either in Doncaster or Bassetlaw. This will be discussed at a later date if your application is successful.
This is one of several rotational posts to promote the delivery of the well-established acute and general medicine service and enhance our patient outcomes. The post can be based at either of our main sites and we have established patterns of cross site working.
Our newly refurbished Acute Medical Unit (AMU) in Doncaster has 45 acute beds and our Assessment and Treatment Centre (ATC) in Bassetlaw has 21 beds. There are a range of specialties across the division including stroke medicine, care of elderly, diabetes and endocrine. The successful candidates will be based in these specialties on a rotational basis.
The rotation is initially offered on a fixed term contract for 12 months after which we would envisage extension on a mutually agreed basis.
