This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Project Team as a Junior Digital Project Manager to manage the delivery of projects within the programme portfolio including divisional clinical system upgrades.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will use a range of standard project documentation for planning, preparing and writing documents such as the Project Initiation Document, Stage Plans, Work plans and Project Closure documents.

Collation of information from various sources ensuring analysis and interpretation of data is robust and clearly presented and delivered in the most appropriate medium i.e. presentations, e-mails, hard copies etc.

Undertake process mapping and re-engineering, working collaboratively with the senior managers in the Divisions and Corporate Directorates for safe implementation of digital solutions.

Undertake post implementation review of projects including benefits realisation and lessons learnt learned to be implemented into future projects.

  • Experienced in running client workshops/delivering presentations
