Main duties of the job
You will lead of a team of midwives passionate and dedicated to Midwifery led care and the promotion of normality.
You will work closely with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, labour ward midwives and community midwives to enhance the woman's experience of care and ensure that the needs of the woman are placed at the centre of care.
Be flexible and open to new ways of working as we review and re-evaluate our service.
Ensure safe and effective clinical practice ensuring knowledge, skills and competencies are current and act as a clinical expert to disseminate specialist skills and knowledge to others.
