25 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Assist in the provision of research support between R&D staff, patients, colleagues, nurses and the study teams.

- Request and prep notes for research appointments and deliver with all appropriate documentation to the Research Sister/Charge Nurse
- Request notes and arrange delivery of them to the Research Office
- Book and change appointments as requested
- Data entry
- General clerical duties as required by the department
- Responding to queries and requests for information
- Filing and retrieving from an ordered study filing system
- Give support to the team in the event of sickness, annual leave, or other absences where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Arranging meetings, including room bookings and diary management
- Maintain post/fax
- Answer telephone as and when required
- Production of basic minutes
- Ordering office supplies and stationery, as required
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the R&D managers
